REACH HIGHER! GO FURTHER! GO SOCIAL!
As you might have heard already – SocalErasmus Week is coming! From the 3rd to the 9th of April social events are happening all over Europe. And of course we want to be a part of it, too!
In cooperation with the organisation „Fremde werden Freunde“ (http://www.fremdewerdenfreunde.at) we will meet for a cooking evening. The idea is that refugees connect with locals – and this time also with you guys , so with people from all over the world.
Together with all people there we will go shopping and you can decide, if you want to come up with a cooking idea from your country or help others to prepare their dish (as the organisation doesn´t receive money, it would be great if you could donate 5€, which covers your meal and one refugee´s meal). Afterwards we will cook and eat together all the different dishes – sharing is caring! Basically it will be like a small International Dinner, with typical dishes from Austria, but also foreign dishes.
While and after eating you will be able to talk with the refugees as well as the locals, hear their stories and enjoy interesting conversations.
Date: Thursday 6.4.
Meeting time & point: around 18:00 (exact meeting time and point will be announced soon)
