Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in the heart of Europe! Join us on a captivating journey to Budapest, Hungary, from November 17th to November 19th. Immerse yourself in the rich culture, stunning architecture, and vibrant atmosphere of this enchanting city.

Trip Options:

  1. Accommodation and Bus Package:

    • This package includes comfortable accommodation for two nights and round-trip transportation to Budapest.
    • We will have our own bus which will bring us from Vienna to Budapest and back.
    • Rooms with sizes 2, 3, 4 and 6 people are available. Every room has it's own bathroom. 
      • You can choose the rooms, so you can stay with your friends. However we will merge rooms of the same category, if only a few people are in a room.
      • Room upgrades (Price per Person):
        • ​6 bed room: + 0 €
        • 4 bed room: + 5 €
        • 3 bed room: + 15 €
        • 2 bed room: + 33 €

  2. Customizable Experience:

    • In addition to accommodation and transportation, you have the option to tailor your trip to your preferences. Choose from a selection of exciting activities and experiences to make your Budapest adventure truly unique.
    • Activities we will offer (every single one is optional, all of them are in the ALL INCLUSIVE Package, for parallel events you can choose which one you want to take):
      • Friday
        • Parliament visit (13 €/7 €*)
        • Morisons Club (FREE, no signup needed) OR Rudas night bath (35 €)
      • Saturday
        • Sightseeing tour (FREE, no signup needed)
        • St. Stephens Basilica (8 €)
        • Visit the Chrismas Market together (FREE, no signup needed)
        • Pub Crawl (FREE, no signup needed)
      • Sunday
        • Thermal bath (28 €) OR ice skating (15 €)  OR House of Terror (Museum/10,50€/5,50 €*)
           

Prices with * are for students with a maximum age of 24 years having an EU citizenship.

You can add all activities also at a later time, latest 3rd of November, then only if we still get more places and maybe with different prices.

Important Information:

  • Activity Registration: Registration for activities can be done during the ordering process. The all inclusive package has all activites included.
  • Payment Information: You can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, Paypal, and by Cash and Card during our office hours.

This event cannot be cancelled for free.
Transportation only tickets can be cancelled up to three days before, if there are people on the waiting list. Activities cannot be refunded, but given to other students.

* Accessibility: very difficult to access/no alternative route
* Alcohol: alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks available
 
Please only buy a ticket if you really want to attend. If you can’t attend anymore, cancel your spot so that other people on the waiting list can join the event.
