WU Ball with ESN

Hey there!
You always wanted to attend a real Viennese ball?

Then this is one of your best opportunities! We will go to WU ball at the Hofburg (imperial castle) and get a fancy glimpse of the Viennese culture there. Of course, there will be plenty of music and you will be able to dance, party and have a great time.

You can either join us directly for the ball or beforehand for a dinner at Restaurant Kanzleramt!

► WHERE?
* For dinner: Restaurant Kanzleramt at 7 pm
* For ball: Heldenplatz Entrance of Hofburg at 8:30 pm

► WHEN?
* January, 11th at 7 pm (ball starts at 9 pm)

► HOW MUCH?
* 35€ per ball ticket
* Don't forget to bring your student ID or ESNcard to the event!

► DRESS CODE?
* Ladies: Full-length (evening) dress
* Gentlemen: Suit with black bow tie, dinner jacket with bow tie or tailcoat with white bow tie

► HOW TO SIGN UP?
* Different registration system than usual: to register for the event come directly to our ESN Uni Wien office on Tuesday, January 7th from 2:30 to 4 pm! There you need to register and pay to secure your spot! If you can't make it to the office, ask a friend to pay for you or write us a message!

Please keep in mind that your spot is only secured after you paid the ticket price in our office!
